- Owned end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for high-growth business units and M&A portfolios — The Athletic, Wirecutter, and the enterprise AI Mission — advising C-Suite executives and VPs on data-driven workforce plans.
- Recruit engineers across Core Platform, Storytelling, AI, Mobile, and The Athletic and Wirecutter engineering teams — from associate to staff engineer and engineering manager to VP of Engineering — including the first hires into new AI products and the AI platform mission.
- Spearhead an annual program of 50+ interns and an intern-to-full-time pipeline designed to meet non-newsroom entry-level hiring needs.
- Lead a 3-person team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators delivering 50+ hires annually across engineering, product, and editorial.
